Rates - All rates are in Thai Baht.

Confirmation - All reservation requests will be replied within 48 hous (With or without confirmation from the hoteliers or airline staff)

Payment schedule - Full payment required at the hotel when you check in.

Payment method - The credit card such as VISA , MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are converted to Thai Baht (depend on the exchange rate).

Cancellation - For cancellation of confirmed arrangement/guaranteed , a cancellation fee will be charged as follow :

  Room Guarantee Policy - For a booking of 1-3 rooms, one night guarantee is required. For a group of 4 rooms or more, a non-refundable deposit of 50 % of total amount is required.

Cancellation Policy - For a booking of 1-3 rooms, 72 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise first night will be charged. No refund for group cancellation.

Hotel requires a credit card guarantee by Amex, Visa, Mastercard to confirm your reservation.

Check out time - Check out time is at noon. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk. The additional charge from noon to 6.00 p.m. will be on day use basis and after 6.00 p.m. will be full rate.

Taxes/Service charge - All rates are subject to 10% Service charge and 7% Value added Tax, unless specified.

Required travel documents - Valid passport not less than 6 months.

- Citizens of most countries do not require visa for stay up to 30 days in the Kingdom of Thailand.
